Customized Clothing:
For custom-made products, please provide your actual measurements based on the measurement standards we provide. If there are any issues with the product due to customer-provided measurement size problems, we do not accept returns or refunds. Custom ballet dancewear with significant defects cannot be replaced or refunded unless it's a production issue on our end.
Return and Exchange Policy for Defective Products:
We do not want to hear that customers have received any defective products. We carefully inspect and confirm all products with the customer before shipping. However, in the rare event of quality issues, we are happy to replace the same product or provide a full refund (including shipping). Return Policy:
- Please contact us within 15 days of tracking showing the product has been delivered. We do not accept returns beyond this time frame.
- Please provide pictures of the defective products.
- Provide proof of purchase, order number, and reason for return.
- The packaging must be unopened and in the original packaging.
- Clothing - manufacturer's tags must be intact, not soiled, worn, or washed.
- Customers are responsible for postage for exchanges, and we will ship the exchanged product to you.

We will not process any refunds until we receive and inspect the returned product to meet the conditions set by CHINESETUTU.COM. Once we receive the defective product and it meets the refund criteria, we will refund your account via the original purchase method within 48 hours.
Order Cancellation:
After the order is completed and payment is made, we will communicate with the customer via email to confirm the order. During this period, customers can cancel or modify the order. As the products are custom-sized, customers can modify the size of the order during production. Once the production is complete, customers will be unable to cancel the order.
